Plain-language glossary for report terms. These explanations help read the research report; they are not trade instructions.
| Term | What it means | Why it matters | How to read it | Buy / sell / danger implication |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wake-up candidate | A token showing early signs of life after a base or decline. | It can identify early attention before a full public chase starts. | Treat as watch-only until fast pressure and structure confirm. | Possible early opportunity; not an automatic buy. |
| Awakening Watch | A stronger base-waking state, but not yet a confirmed entry. | It separates early base recovery from dead/noisy tokens. | Look for improving price, volume, liquidity, and evidence layers. | Potential buy setup only after confirmation. |
| Base Watch | A token that is forming or holding a base after a larger move down. | Bases can become launch areas, but many fail. | Read it as structure under observation, not action. | Watch; danger if base floor breaks. |
| Confirmed Long | Fast and structural evidence currently support a long-side manual check. | It marks stronger confirmation than watch-only states. | Still verify invalidation, liquidity, and chase risk. | Possible manual buy check; no automatic execution. |
| Reversal Watch | A token may be rolling over after an expansion or bounce. | It protects against buying late into exhaustion. | Watch rejection, failed reclaim, and fast downside pressure. | Danger / avoid chasing. |
| Distribution | Evidence suggests holders may be selling into strength. | Distribution often appears near late-stage moves. | Treat pumps with suspicion unless reclaim evidence is strong. | Sell/avoid implication; high chase risk. |
| Fast Pressure | Short-window momentum from 5m/15m/1h movement and volume acceleration. | It shows immediate demand or supply pressure. | Positive fast pressure supports watches; negative pressure warns of breakdown. | Buy only with confirmation; danger if downside pressure. |
| OI Shock Up | Open interest rose sharply on an exact matching futures market. | Leverage is entering quickly, which can fuel or trap a move. | Bullish with price strength; dangerous if price weakens. | Opportunity with confirmation; liquidation risk. |
| OI Shock Down | Open interest dropped sharply on an exact matching futures market. | Leverage is unwinding and can signal exit pressure or reset. | After a pump it can confirm cooling; after a crash it can indicate capitulation. | Danger during weakness; possible reset after stabilization. |
| Extreme Expansion | Price expanded beyond configured extreme thresholds. | Late expansion can be profitable but also highly unstable. | Check whether the move is early, confirmed, or already overextended. | Do not chase without structure. |
| Extreme Crash | Price fell beyond configured crash thresholds. | Crashes can continue, but they can also create later reversal bases. | Look for stabilization and reclaim rather than catching falling knives. | Danger first; bounce watch only after confirmation. |
| Volume Shock | Volume is far above its normal/reference level. | Volume confirms that the market is paying attention. | Bullish if price accepts higher; bearish if volume appears on rejection. | Useful confirmation; not enough alone. |
| Volume Acceleration | Short-window volume is rising quickly. | It helps identify fast demand or panic. | Read alongside price direction and liquidity depth. | Can support entry or warn of exit pressure. |
| Liquidity Sweep | Price pushes beyond a visible support/resistance area and may reverse. | Sweeps can trap late buyers/sellers. | Watch reaction after taking highs/lows; reclaim matters. | Danger near sweep failure; possible reversal if reclaimed. |
| Peak Rejection | Price fails near a high/resistance zone. | It often appears before reversal or distribution. | Look for failed reclaim and rising sell pressure. | Sell/avoid implication. |
| Base | A relatively stable range after decline or dormancy. | A good base can precede awakening. | Check duration, compression, liquidity, and floor respect. | Watch; invalid if floor fails. |
| RunX | How many times price expanded versus the measured run basis. | Large RunX means the move may be late or overheated. | Higher RunX increases chase risk. | Danger when very extended. |
| A score / Awakening score | The engine’s positive base/awakening score. | It ranks early opportunity candidates. | Higher is better, but must be supported by evidence. | Potential buy watch, not automatic buy. |
| B score / Bear score | The engine’s downside, reversal, or danger score. | It ranks tokens with higher collapse/reversal risk. | Higher means more caution. | Avoid or short-watch depending on context. |
| DD / Drawdown | Distance below the prior high/ATH. | Deep drawdown can mark a base zone or a broken asset. | Use with base quality, not alone. | Opportunity only if recovery evidence appears. |
| Liquidity | Approximate usable USD liquidity/depth. | Thin liquidity makes signals less reliable and slippage worse. | Higher liquidity improves confidence. | Low liquidity is danger. |
| Quote Volume | 24h traded value in quote/USD terms. | It shows whether the token is actively traded. | Low quote volume weakens confidence. | Avoid very low-volume tokens. |
| Public Pulse | Fresh public-source/news/social activity captured by the evidence layer. | Attention can validate or explain movement. | Read source count and freshness, not hype alone. | Supportive evidence only. |
| Promoted Event | An event strong enough to be raised above normal archive rows. | It highlights unusual moves backed by durability/evidence gates. | Read the promotion reason and blockers. | Action depends on direction and risk. |
| Still Falling | A token remains in downside continuation. | It prevents false bottom assumptions. | Wait for stabilization and reclaim. | Avoid buying too early. |
| Overheated / Do Not Chase | The move is already extended or unstable. | Late entries often get trapped. | Wait for cooling, base rebuild, or clean retest. | Danger / no chase. |
| Invalidation | The level or condition that disproves the current read. | It defines when the thesis is wrong. | Respect it strictly; do not rationalize breaks. | Exit/avoid if invalidated. |
| Reclaim | Price gets back above an important level after losing it. | Reclaim can confirm recovery after a sweep/breakdown. | Watch close/acceptance above the level. | Potential buy confirmation. |
| Bounce Area | A measured area where price may react upward. | It helps avoid random entries. | Use it with reaction evidence, not blind limit orders. | Potential buy area only if confirmed. |
| Support | A measured lower zone where price previously held. | Breaks below support weaken the setup. | Watch reaction and close behavior around support. | Buy support only with confirmation; danger if broken. |
| Resistance | A measured upper zone where price may face selling. | Rejection at resistance can trigger reversal. | Reclaim above resistance is stronger than a wick into it. | Take-profit/reversal area; buy only on reclaim. |
